Delivery via normal mail is at your own risk. e_ssentials shall NOT be held responsible for any item lost in mail delivery. Registered mail is recommended.

Please note that the rate charged is an estimate & for mail items from 250g-2kg. Excess will be refunded if any.

How to Order

1. Click on any of the categories.

2. Click "Older Posts" for more selections.

3. Jot down the Product Code you like to purchase.

4. Email to essentials.e@gmail.com with the following details:-
- Name
- Mailing Address
- Contact No.
- Delivery Method
- Product Code
- Colour (if applicable)
- Size (if applicable)
- Quantity

5. An invoice will be send via email when order is confirmed.

6. Payment is to be made via Fund Transfer (IBanking / ATM) to a DBS/POSB Savings account. Details will be stated in the invoice.

7. Inform us once payment has been made.

***Some of the mail systems mistreat our email invoices as spam or junk mails. If you do not receive the email invoice from us after 24 hours you place your order, please kindly check your spam or junk mail box or contact us. Thank you!

Terms and Conditions

1. Orders will only be processed once payment is received.

2. No cancellation of orders once order is confirm & payment is being made.

3. All goods will be inspected and could not be returned or refunded.

4. All goods are subject to availability upon arrival of shipment as e_ssentials operates on pre-order basis.

5. If the quantity of stock cannot meet customers' orders customers could choose to refund or use remaining balance for next order.

6. All customers agree above 'Terms and Conditions".

Shipping

1. All goods are send via Normal mail or Registered mail at an additional charge.

2. No meet-ups.

3. Delivery will takes 2-3 weeks once payment received.

4. It is customer's responsibility to provide valid and complete mailing address.
e_ssentials shall NOT be held responsible for any item lost in the mail delivery.

Product Quality

1. Our products are in mid & high levels. Therefore, the real product may not be 100% exactly as the picture. All goods will be 80-90% similar to the pictures.

However, we will take extra measures to ensure the product is acceptable.

2. Colour of clothes may varies a little due to individual screen resolution.

1. Is there any minimum number of purchase for each order?
No, unless stated.

2. Do you still accept orders from "older posts"?
Yes, we do as long as the stock is still available.

3. Is the price inclusive of shipping charges?
No, you are required to pay additional charge depending on the delivery method you prefer or recommended.

4. Can I exchange the items if the size doesn't fit?
No, goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable & all goods will be inspected before sending. Please do refer to the measurement before placing order.
